No. Thread _BARREL_ then unscrew the suppressor.

see, i was just browsing online and i thought the entire barrel could be replaced with a supressor. like this one

The barrel is integral to the receiver (one piece) that slides onto the frame. The barrel can be threaded to accept a suppressor or a suppressor can be built "around" the barrel that cannot be removed.
