Who's going to the Rochester Gun Show this weekend??....it will have to be on Sunday for me...

I got to see a bunch of old friends and shooting buddies, but other than that, ya didn't miss much....

Hawaii is real nice though! We can even see whales jumping out of the water from our motel room! :supergrin:

I was stationed at the Barbers Point Naval Air Station in Hawaii from 1959-1962, haven't been there since, hated that damn island..

I'm on Maui and it's really very nice, but we did fly over to see the Arizona and the Missouri at Pearl.....I wasn't real impressed with Honolulu.....

Maui is much more laid back..... :)

:patriot: yeah, we flew the Distant Early Warning(DEW)line on AWACS radar aircraft between Russia and Alaska from Midway Island... 2840 miles non-stop 15 1/2 hour flights, 8 flights per deployment of 18 days on Midway, then back to Hawaii for 12 days and then back to Midway again..did that for 3 years...

Hey Butch Hawaii would be nice Right now. Been in the -17 degree in the morning and is -12 right now. Very bad wind chill around -35...

Yup, we got home Monday night......if only we had known......but then I'm not sure that coming home next Monday night would be better either. :sad:

Shoulda left last Sunday and stayed for two weeks! :)

My wife thinks we should go get groceries today, I think we can wait till Wednesday..... :supergrin:
