Stripping the Kahr's lower - P9

Does anyone have guide, or know where I can find a guide, for disassembling/stripping a Kahr P9 frame?

My P9 has sand stuck behind the trigger spacer and bar and no amount of scrubbing will work.

Found this thread. Sounds like taking it apart is easy, getting it back together is the hard part.
