Weaver mount and holo sight for Ranch Rifle

I found this weaver mount. It goes on the new 580-xxxxx Ranch rifles and mounts to the existing scope mounts without modifications. Looks good and is reasonably priced. I ordered one and will post more when I get it. These folks are very prompt on responding to emails.

I am thinking of getting a reflex type of holographic sight to use on the rifle to help compensate for eyes that are not quite as 'flexible' as they once were.

Any recommendations?

I know that EOTECH and Bushnell make good units but bothare over $250/350. Anyone have any good experiences with less expensive models?

Yes. Suitable for low-stakes, light or recreational use only.

Do you have a specific recommendation? The rifle will be used at carbine matches at a local IDPA club and as a home defense weapon. Not for hunting or precision long (100+ yard} shots.
