I know Don Hume Leathergoods makes a H720 TAC Paddle Holster. From my 2004 catalog (not sure how up to date I am)... Wide suede covered metal reinforced paddle. A piece of leather 1/2" wide and 3/16" thick is sewn to the paddle. This will help hold the paddle in place when drawing. When a belt is worn, a wrap around loop can be snapped for extra retention of the holster. The holster has a polyethylene layer for added strength. Available in Black. $76.40 from Don Hume.

glockmeister,
Check out www.blade-tech.com; they make exactly what you're looking for.
I have a couple of their holsters and the quality is first rate. They make a paddle holster for the G21 with taclight, with or without a thumb break. I've had my eye on this rig for a while now;)
