I have a bunch of swordfish & shark in my freezer & am getting tired of the "usual" - grilling w/ teryaki sauce. Anyone have any other creative ways to cook & spice up this wonderful fish?

I have no idea for the Swordfish------ I never tried it--- but I like to cut Shark into
scallop-size chunks, toss in flour, egg dip, and then some seasoned bread crumbs...



Lemon and tartar sauce...

--------Or, make a minced shallot, garlic, caper, lemon, reduced white wine, & butter sauce--
and drizzle it over the chunks right before serving...

You need a hot, repeat very hot pan. Heat the pan to the highest temp and while the pan is getting to temp, Rub your seasonings and oil on the outside of the fish.

melt a 1" of butter in the pan stir it around , take your season piece of fish and drop it right in. Cooking for maybe 2 minutes, take fish out and flip it over and cook for another 2-3mins depending on thickness.

serve with steamed brocolli and carrots, & with a Cali white wine ;)
