I am totally confused on this matter and would like a straight answer.

This is what i have always wanted and just want to know the process.

I understand i order the paperwork from ATF then i fill it out and et the signature of the local police chief right?

I just drop it (paperwork) off at the local police dept and they call me back when it is done or what?

Then i send it to ATF for the final approval and then when i have the license i can have guns sent to me right?

I know i know lots of questions huh.....

C+R license has nothing to do with modern firearms.

I suggest you read this first.

As was said, No.

A C&R is a gun typically older than 50 years, and does include SOME NFA items, but not an HK.
