Texas/New Mexico Reciprocity for CHL

I'm confused here. A NM permit is ok here in TX, but they do not honor our license there...anyone know anything more about this?

Here is a link to the New Mexico DPS website which lists the states whose CHL's are honored there.

You probably were just reading out-dated information. NM honored TX licenses in November 2005:

I guess packing.org needs to update their Texas reciprocity map...

I also see from the previous post that Texas has reciprocity with AL. I didn't know the Texas CHL was recognized there when I went back in January and left my G26 at home. Guess I'd better not rely on packing.org anymore. I had heard in the past that it wasn't being updating regularly.....

Thanks. I have a non-resident NH license I got a few years back that got me a few southern states at the time. Looks like I don't need it anymore...
