Best power chip for an '01 Tahoe?

Help me out here. I'm an automotive moron, but I think I'd like to get a chip for my Tahoe. Who makes the best one (least potential damage/best performance)?

GM pcms aren't "chipped", the computer must be reflashed with software such as ls1edit, diablosport, hp tuners, etc., etc.

You may not get much of a gain with a tune alone, consider doing some boltons as well.
