If you have Academy sporting goods in your location, they have several types and very reasonable.
Comparing types and NRR ratings you can make a qualified choice.

I use Howard Leight QB-2 Earplugs, but make sure you read the instructions carefully......Once you put the ear tips in your ears you have to pull your ear back to get them to seat all the way into you ear canal.......When you have them in right, they work better than any ear protection I've ever used and I think they were about 20 bucks......I really like them and they don't interfere with your eye protection and come with an extra set of ear tips...............Check out e-bay, there on there all the time or do a Google search........HOWARD LEIGHT QB-2 EAR PROTECTION PLUGS

The Peltor Ultimate 10 is the quietest, most comfortable hearing protection that I've used. And the price is reasonable to cheap if you shop around.
