Any ranges indoor/outdoor around the Naugatuck/Waterbury area besides High Rock? Thanks in advance from a newcomer to the area!

Good indoor facility.
Got your state CCW permit yet? Gotta get your local city permit first, then apply for the state permit.
Yes, I already have my state permit. Got it through Naugatuck and that was a pain in the azz. Mr. "Officer" was VERY anti-gun and while I was being fingerprinted he asked me why I needed guns as a "hobby" and why couldn't I just take up golf or tennis or some other "nice" activity instead. Puh-leeze...because the frakin' state of CT says I can, that's why! He actually went as far as to say "people like me" make his job harder by putting more guns on the street. Um, Mr. "Officer", the person that actually takes the time to come down the police station, get fingerprinted, undergo a background/criminal check, get crap notarized, provide proof of official NRA training (Gunsite, AZ), and pay a total of $94 JUST to be legal is the LAST person you need to be afraid of having a gun. But, ya just can't fix stupid. Not every place in the world is as safe as sheltered "white bread" Naugatuck, CT... After all, the hoods in New Haven and Bridgeport are 30 mins or less away from your perceived "sanctity", Mr. "Officer".

That's a little too rich for me... Seeing as how I only go 4-5 times a year, I'll just stick to a "pay as you go" indoor pistol range.

And you need to go more often than 4-5 times per year if you want to complain about anti-gun attitudes in CT. ;)

I know, I know, but momma Sikorsky keeps me pretty busy as I travel a lot. If it counts, I picked up 950 rounds of 9mm and .45 at China-mart today!

Not too shabby.
Yeah, my Wally-world had the Remmington UMC 250 count value packs for $59.99 in .45acp. I never saw them packaged that way down in Florida. Not too bad on the price considering how expensive everything else is up here (and no shipping)! Hope my Kimber likes them... It's been reliable with everything else I've thrown at it...
