Soon I'm sure. I think they could have done more with the SF model. Like a long slide, extended controls and better sights.IMHO...they should have made an amb. mag .rel retrofit kit as well.

I've heard everything from in the next two weeks (heard this Monday, Feb 19) to somethme within the next six months. Won't believe it untiil I've wrapped my hand around its slimmed down grip at my local gun store.

I know the SF mags have already started replacing the standard G21 mags. I ordered 4 more last week from Glockdoc and they all had the newer groove in the front.

I'm wondering if the SF frame will eventually replace the standard G20/21 frame? If the sales are high enough, I'm guessing it might.

They would have to make a G20SF or drop the G20 all together to do that since they use the same frame.

I too hope they don't I like my G21 frame the way it is.

Several members are already beginning to post pictures of their new G21SF in the general discussion page. A local dealer here in Oregon just got his shipment yesterday and has one on hold for me to pick up at the huge gun show at the Portland Expo Center on the 17th. The anticipation is killin' me...:hearts:

I just bought one exactly two hours ago. A little out of the way gun shop/pawn shop. None of the major stores in my area have one.
