Good videos....

I've got a question....What's the safest distance to shoot at the metal targets that tip over when hit? The range I've been going to has one I've been shooting at that's 25 yards out but I really need to be closer I think and work my way back. I've been worried about getting any closer due to fear of deflection because I really don't know what's safe/unsafe about them...Okay, so maybe it's more than just a question...Thanks!

As long as the steel is in good shape (no craters or holes), ten yards and out is fine. No closer though!

The next pistol match at The Magnolia Rifle And Pistol Club is Saturday, February 18th at 8:30 am.

This is a revolver (ICORE) match, but we'll let new shooters shoot their semi-autos if they'd like. It'll be no more than 150 rounds.

Come shoot with us!

I typically have to come to Jackson on Saturdays for a study group so I may come by just to watch (time permitting) if that's okay...

I woke up at 430, thought to myself I am too tired to drive 3 hours and went back to sleep. Thursday I had a conference in Meridian and a worker came back with Nashville with a piece of equipment I bought, put it through its paces Saturday and it wore me out!

I might come down for ICORE match depending on work. The next match (March 4th) I might come down Saturday to save getting up at the ass crack of dawn and driving to see ya'll cheery faces!

:)

It isn't so much the hour I woke up but the day before.

Bought a mini skid steer, got alot done with it but spending 7 hours on the back of it takes its toll!

Just remembered the 18th is when the IDPA matches start back. Figure its decent trigger time and much closer, although I will be in Jackson on the 19th.
