I have one, use it on a rare occasion. It never feels real secure to me, although my Glocks have never fallen out of it.

My J frame is an airweight which is much liter then any of my Glocks fully loaded. I assume that it would ride well, but who knows?

Great for DEEP concealment and running, may want the security strap version for running though.
