3Kings, go to MCS and inquire from RIA, Casa Armas or Twin Pines...I went there last thursday, and they had aftermarket handguard with rails like the pics you posted

I hesitated in getting that accessory as I wanted the rails to be on top of the receiver cover but unfortunately they (Twin Pines/RIA/CA) don't have the accessory yet. I felt that the scope that I envisioned to mount, maybe a 6X-40MM fixed power, will be too far forward and strain my old eyes.
