I was just talking to a rep from Yellow Book USA. He is trying to sell me their pay per click web sight promotion. From what I can tell they sell the sponsored links on Yahoo and Google. This is all new to me, and wanted to get you're opinions.
How worth it are these types of companies?
Are they just submitting data to Google and Yahoo, and the such that I could do myself?
Has anybody dealt with this particular company?
Their prices seem pretty high to me, somewhere in the ballpark of $1 per click.
We are a manufacturing/repair facility for rotating equipment, not something that we can sell over the web. I am thinking this would be a little to much for us, but if I can do the same myself for a fraction of the cost, it may be worth it. Thanks.
