Did they ever change that stupid weapons policy put out by the CG in Alaska?

Nope--still in effect. Nothing like having a non pro 2d Amendment guy calling the shots. Now that there is a precedent, I don't expect the next CG to reverse policy...gotta avoid that risk, you know:upeyes:

I have already contacted my senator about this policy. I am hoping that others are doing the same. Too bad, I really wanted to go to Alaska for my last tour. Oh well, I guess a GS job will have to do.
