Oh, heck, yes, trees are expensive. I put in a bunch of Norwegian Spruces in the back and a pin oak in the front yard a few years ago after I did my drainage work, ho, man, what a beating I took!

One of my buddies from high school, Jim Calvin, bought land for his landscaping bidness just to grow trees! http://www.calvinlandscape.com/index.html
