Yes I have and I'm very happy with it. It works as advertised. I had a gunsmith do the install.

I had the Cominolli safety installed on my G19 by Tarnhelm. Overall I love it. It has a positive feel to it and it really opens up the concealed carry options. I'm used to third generation S&W autos, where safety is off when carried in the holster and safety is on when carried "Mexican" or in a pocket. Now I can carry my Glock the same ways.
I have two complaints about the Cominolli:
The primary complaint is that the lever sticks out too far and too sharp. My original intent was to carry with a clip draw, but the safety digs into the body. I'd love to see a smoother design. I'm tempted to bend the jutting piece down by rolling it around a tiny screwdriver handle, but I'm worried it will break.
The very minor second complaint is that the frame cut is very rough. Up close it almost looks like someone gnawed it, instead of cut it.
ORC, loved reading your review on this safety. Excellent post with lots of good information. I thought you handled the no-safety zealots in a very balanced manner too.
THIS IS HOW I LIKE MY GLOCK. Please for gawd's sake don't post about how an additional safety is immoral and evil and ruins the Glock and adds more parts which can fail and I should have bought a different gun and it'll weaken my mind so I ignore safe gun handling rules causing a ND and at the critical moment I'll forget the safety is on and die. It's all been said before and IT IS BORING.

Mike,
Check out this recent thread. There is a link posted within, about installing the safety yourself.
