Cat eyes

i'm looking for the glow in the dark patches which you can sew onto a uniform. this will actually be going on some BDUs for search and rescue duty. I've been able to find many web sites with cat eyes on elastic bands for helmets, however i'm looking for the actual roll of material as i'll be purchasing these for the whole CAP squadron.
