Has anyone used one?
It looks alot more solid than a side mount that can flex.

I haven't tried it myself, but it looks awfully high. It looks like it sits on top of (or replaces) the rear sight, so there's no iron sight to fall back on.

Just my $0.02, but for that kind of money I'd spend the extra $30 and get and Ultimak gas tube. More solid, keeps your optics much lower, and doesn't get in the way of the iron sights with the optic removed. With a 30 mm tube-type optical sight (Aimpoint or similar) and the right mount and ring(s), your optical sight can co-witness with the iron sights.

As far as the side-mounts go, there are a lot to choose from. Some will flex more than others, but the scopes built integral to the mounts (as opposed to a side-mount weaver and conventional scope) look awfully solid to me.

BTW, the picture you posted shows the mount on top of a milled receiver Arsenal. As far as receiver flex goes, that would be the equivalent of bolting your scope to the side of a small-block Chevy V-8 (not running, of course). That's as solid as AK's get.

I have one and it's rock solid. However, I don't have a scope I like. I just ordered a hoolographic job from cheaper than dirt, hopefully that will do the trick...
