View Full Version : man this really sucks
I just got of the phone with Natchez and found out they don't sell to people in Tn. It has something to do with their distributers or something like that. I was going to order some CCI Blazer 9mm for my G17. Looks like I have to go somewhere else. That sucks, they have good prices on the ammo.

Do you have an Academy Sports nearby? Academy here has CCI Blazer 115gr for 5.69 a box (lower than Natchez), and you won't be paying shipping.
Bass Pro Shop has a special on the WWB Value Pack (100rd.). $12.99. It's $14.99 at WalMart. I bought a few boxes yesterday in Memphis but a guy in front of me bought 40 boxes.

How can you do that. I don't reload yet but have been pricing components for a while and can't come close to your cost.

lead free (cast my own)
brass free (range brass)
$34.00 for 2000 primers
$15.00 for pound of powder gets about 2000 rounds
cost about $49.00 for 2000 rounds
buy in bulk and you save even more buy 8# of powder and it only cost about $12.40 a pound

I reload but I will never cast my own. Too much risk of lead exposure.

I can't speak for the original poster but 2000 rounds takes me about 3 hours on my Dillion 550.
