www.wheretoshoot.org - has a pretty comprehensive list of ranges, searchable by state/area code/ZIP code (although I notice Revere Gun Range is not listed with wheretoshoot).
www.uspsa.org - the homepage for the US Pratical Shooting Association. USPSA conducts action shotgun and three-gun matches that may interest you. Check the "Find a Club" search option on the right hand side of the homepage.
Good luck.

I believe Arizona Range on 441 south of Commercial allows shotgun. At least I seen them used there.

Do you know why?
Yes, it was stipulated that only birdshot was allowed, no slugs or buckshot.
(I have shot some frangible as well there, however)
Someone was shooting 00 buck, and destroyed the carrier.
Once again, it is the stupid actions of a few, that has unforeseen disadvantages for the many
Shotguns are not allowed at Revere because it chews up the back wall. They used to only allow Police test out their shotguns there. The owner is getting pissed because things keep breaking.
Last I was there three or four lanes were down.
EDITED TO ADD: Arizona does allow shotguns, but shoot at your own risk. The back wall is notorious for throwing buck/birdshot back at you because of the angles.
There is always Markham and of course American Indoor!
American Indoor
Hialeah gun range
Markham
Triple A lock
BassPro ( >????s on shotgun )
Big Al
And that's just the ones in Broward.
