It’s called SPOKES.. (bicycle theme.. mostly caters to the South Mountain bicyclists..)
Located at 9032 South Central Ave.. (West side of the street, just South of Dobbins)
The Owners name is Francis..
Francis is a cool guy.. he built most of the place himself, and even welded up a bunch of Art work..
and he’s got great food..
and he’s not far from the Phx Rod & Gun Club.. very convenient after a round of shooting..
