car carry under 21 and shotgun harrasment

what are the laws regarding car carry for somone under 21 im 19 would i be able to carry a chambered gun if it was like in a holster in the glovebox? also heres a little incident that happend to me a while ago so im a bit skeptical of carryng ,I was driving home after dinner with some freinds and a car drives by and gives us the finger then my freind in the passanger seat opens the window and sticks his head out the window and does the same thing back, well there was an undercover cop behind us so I get pulled over, first they take the passenger out of the car and start talking to him, then 5 minutes later they come to me and ask me to step out at this point they are treating me like an animal telling me to get on my knees and put my hands behing my back because he is going to search me, he takes my Strider AR and my Spyderco Civilian out of my pockets and says what are u carrying these knives for I say utilitarian purposes and he rolls his eyes, then he asks if i have any drugs weapons this that , and I say yes i have a loaded remington 870 in the trunk, then he tells me he is going to search the whole car for pistols or whatever I agree to it and he searches at this point me and both of my freinds are on our knees on the side of the road with our hands behind our heads, then he goes into the trunk and about ****s his pants cause of the way my Wilson scattergun is configured, it has a surefire forend, a sidesaddle, night sights ,sling and about 40 rounds of boxed ammo, then he starts asking me why I have all of these accessories on my gun and I say its my home defense weapon and I can have it however the hell I want, then they have us fill out a bunch of **** and take our Social Sucurity numbers and all of this **** i found out they werent supposed to do, the they bust out a digital camera and take various shots of my car then pictures of all of us the they lay my gun all my knives ammo and flashlights on the patrol cars hood and take pictures of my property, then after all of this they cant realy do anything beacause everything was legal they say you ar free to go, oh yea also they gave me a ticket for my freind hanging out the window and I got 4 points and a 155.00 fine.Thne come around 4 days later my parents are using the car because they dont want me to use it anymore becouse it has now been tagged so they are visiting some family around 45 minutes away from were I live and a cop starts following my Parents, they follow him until the road comes to a merge and pull him over for not useing a signal in a merge and he was in the proper lane, then about 4 other cop cars show up and this is now being conducted as a felony stop, guns are drawn and my father is asked to get out of the car on the loadspeaker, when he comes out they are totaly confused and ask him if anyone else drives this car and he says yes my son, then they start harrasing my family very bad asking if he has been drinking and this and that and because of his accent they start harrasing on were he is from, after that incident we decided it would be best to totally get rid of the car and i would lay low for a while and buy a new vehicle, also we hired a lawyer for the ticket and we found out it was a total bull**** charge and there was no Florida Statute that states its illegal for somones head and hands to be out a window and even if it was i shouldnt have gotten the ticket and the passenger should have, oh yea and also one of my freinds work in the Sherrifs office and said they had made a flyer that was passed out in the sherrifs office of me and both of my freinds pictures on it and the pictures of my car and gun and it said police officer saftey warning very dangerous vehicle and occupants and a whole lot of other crap, so pretty much everything was legal but I feel so violated that all of this came from me exersising my 2nd ammendmant right I still cant even begin to explain what kind of anger I still have from this incident, well thats my little tale of po po harrasment who knows how much worse it could have gotten if I dint sell my car and still kept driving it.

Legal, but read the statute.

No wonder they thought you were being uncooperative. Let's face it, a car full of kids, riding around, threatening other drivers, with a loaded tactical shotgun in the trunk, being a jerk to the cops does not exactly inspire confidence in an officer.
