Any C-More Slide Ride shooters out there?

I mounted a C-More optic/Carver Mount on my G34 competition pistol. Love it! Quick target acquisition and the sighting on only 1 vision plane.

I was so enamored with the optic, I was thinking about putting a C-More "Slide Ride" on my home defense pistol. There are two potential issues with this:

1) Will the slide cycle reliably with a 3 ounce C-More Sight sitting directly on it?

2) Do the C-Mores stand up to the beating of being attached to the slide?
