Face to Face Glock Purchase from Individual

I am a Michigan resident, have a CCW and was thinking of purchasing a Glock from another Michigan resident whom does not have a FFL. I was told that no FFL is necessary. Is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. You just need to fill out the purchase form:

He needs to keep a copy and send one in to the State Police and you keep a copy and take that with you when you get it registered.
