I bought a T-40 in January. The gun has been up to every 400rds or so I have sent through it, except for the rear MMC adjustable sight. I sent an e-mail to Dottie about the issue, yesterday I rec'd the slide I sent in and it was equipped with a new set of night sights. I only paid to send the slide in. Thanks Dottie! Great customer service. :banana:

Ahh....that's not completely accurate.....it's been almost six weeks since they received my pistol for replacement :(

It's been 2 months for me and nothing for a replacemet for the lemon PM40 I had . E-mail and Voice mail system not working. No return calls or returned emails. Looks like Kahr is going down hill. Sub par Customer service, if that.

I called and was able to talk to Stephan on Thursday. He seemed helpful, maybe you should try to reach him.

Do you have a direct line or a number for his direct extension for Stephen. If I call, im sure its going to Voicemail. It's all I've been getting

Last time I talked to to him, he said the best way to reach him would be to call 508.635.1450 and have Heather page him.

His name is Stephan...pronounced Stef-in.

I was able to get through on Monday 4/16...

I used the 508-635-1400 number.
