Sike's BBQ on Hwy 378 between Columbia and Sumter has finally shut its doors.
I'm very picky about mustard-based 'que and Sike's did a pretty good job.
Hammy's in Elgin, SC still serves up a great mustard-based 'que but the drive is more than I'm willing to make. Hammy's food is just plain all-around great. Again, the drive.
First place I ever had BBQ in S.C.
Not a long way from the horse farm I worked at.

hey Ponti, i know you've heard of Shealy's BBQ in batesburg, they're good. Jackie Hites BBQ is just as good, in Batesburg as well and just a couple blocks down from Shealy's BBQ. Hog Heaven in Prosperity and FarmBoys here in Chapin is good.:eat:
