Right now I have on the ol' water smoker a rack of baby rack ribs and three split chicken breasts. Burning lump charcoal and hickory chips. Will be accompanied by baked sweet potatoes and spring mix salad.

I am sorry but Chicago is not the way to go, for me and my family anyway. On pizza night, we love to go to one of the local Italian eateries that are owned and operated by nice Italian families. I am disliking chains more and more.
