NC "LEO or Gov. Use Only" mag question???

I'm in NC and own a G23 with three 14 round mags that all read "LEO or Gov. Use Only". Does this stamp pertain to the "old" magazine ban? It is now legal to carry magazines with that many rounds isn't it?

NC= doesn't matter what the mag says. Free-ish state.

The magazines are perfectly legal now since the godless ban expired under President Bush. Let us never forget to vote!
