Is this stuff corrosive?

Just bought some Chinese 7.62 x 39 for cheap.

Copper washed and headstamped with a 31 over a 78.

I think it's Norinco.

Corrosive or no?

Nope I don’t think that it’s corrosive. I am like 99.9% sure that it’s non-corrosive.
