Lone Wolf Ultimate trigger stop

Has anyone put one of these in their Glocks? Does it make much of a difference? What are the practical applications? I am thing about getting one for my Glock 21. Does it have any tactical applications for a duty or defense weapon?

just for fun

I use an overtravel stop in my competition guns and they work very well.
FWIW,you can drill your own and install a set screw for a few cents.

:) Well, you can ignore the legal jargon! ;)

I've got two of them installed in both of my Model G-21's. They make a big difference; and, I wouldn't go back to the original trigger housing unit. Though I've slacked off lately I usually fire, at least, 100 rounds each week - and often more! In the past six months I haven't had anything go wrong other than, maybe, an occasional ammo related hiccup!

It takes awhile to set one of these units up; and, ironically, the best set of adjustment instructions you're going to find is in the technical section of Ghost Rocket's website! (Unbelievable, right! )

Because I use LWD's, 'GUTS' units in my carry pistols I found it necessary to permanently fix the adjustment setscrews in place. I discovered that after 500-600 rounds the setscrew would back out and return to zero. NOT a function problem! You just won't have a dead stop at the end of your trigger's travel. Once I was positive I had the proper adjustment, I packed the set screw channel with PC-7 epoxy. (Ain't going anywhere in my lifetime!)

Once it's properly set up the, 'GUTS' unit works very well. I'd highly recommend it to you; in fact, I trust my life to it everyday.

Here's a picture of the fill job I did on a setscrew channel:

I have them in a G19 and G33. Like them a lot!! Did the epoxy trick myself. Got the Ghost Ultimate Rocket for my G30 and G36 and achieved the same result for less money and didnt have to buy 3.5 / 4.5 connecters as the Ghost is 3.5lb. Like both but IMO the Ghost route is just as good and cheeper.

Thanks guys! I think I am going to go ahead and get one of these. As I said I will be useing the gus as a duty and defence gun so I will want to do the expoy thing as well to make sure that set screw stays put.

If you have an advice on the best way to install and expoy it let me know.

If your really concerned about the set screw backing up it would be much easier to run another screw behind it. (2 screws stacked up will never move).
This way you could always re-adjust the thing. If you use epoxy it’s a one time deal.

:) Hello JR! How have you been?

Why not offer a simple solution to this problem by simply including an extra setscrew with each new GUTS unit? I mean, it ain't like you can run over to Ace Hardware and just pick one up - Right!

You take care.
