question about springs

I have 2 questions about my G17 and G22. Can anyone tell me what pound recoil spring comes stock with each gun? Second can anyone tell me the lightest pound recoil spring I can use on each gun?

They both come with 17pound springs, wolff makes 12 for them,
which is non captured with their steel guide rod.
I use them on all my glocks.
