I have a nearly new PM9. The top right corner and front edges of the ejection port are very sharp. Would it be OK to take a dremel tool and round them off enough to take the sharp edges off. I am talking about the external edges on the slide at the port, not the internal edges.
Thanks

I've had the same question in my mind for a couple of years now, those edges are nearly razor sharp. I haven't cut myself on them yet (knock wood), nor have I heard of anyone else doing so. I really can't see any problems arising from very slightly dulling/rounding those edges, I just haven't done it because I'm pretty sure that the large flat surfaces of the ejection port (and possibly the edges of those surfaces) play a big part in how a shell travels through and out of the port.
