What do you think is the weight difference in the M900A and the M600A scout light? Where can i find that info? Surefire's website dont have anything on this. I am putting this on my SHTF rifle (bushy M4), and what do you think would be a better choice?

The M900 about twice as heavy as the m600 scout i believe
The M900 is over a pound.
The big question is what distance do you see yourself needing to engage targets out to?
I run a M900AB which has a turbohead for long range engagements(100yds+) and have a KL6 head for CQB scenarios
I prefer to run 9v weapon lights.
Sig is right on; the question is how much distance do you need? The 9volt systems are a quantum brighter than the 6volt. With a 9volt you could probably light up a target on Pluto.
