reciprocity with pennsylvania

Apparently, at some point in the (recent?) past we've finally signed an agreement with Pennsylvania.

Agreement signed in October or November I believe.

It is a relief to me as I am going to the National Tactical Invitational in Harrisburg Pa next week. Now I don't have to worry about carrying them on my person.
