I had trijicon's installed on my G26. Went to shoot it and the front sight came loose. They tightened it, but now it is loose again, is there something I can do to fix this problem?
I would say they need to use some Loctite when they tighten it again.

+1 simple fix...Used red loctite myself on my G36, and 2200 rounds later never a problem.
Every front sight my gun shop has put on for me has come loose. I have determined that this is due to they're not washing their hands thoroughly before installation, Loctite not withstanding.
Skin oil, french fry oil, pizza, etc., on any of the contact parts is a huge no-no! The Loctite can't do its job with a film of oil or grease between itself and the metal!
In the case of Trijicons, do NOT get alcohol or solvent on the white sight markers, as they're painted on. Clean the threads, nut, and all contact points with alcohol, acetone, etc--a Q-Tip works good for this. Blow parts dry with canned air.
Use a drop of red (I use blue) LocTite on the threads and tighten "about" 1/4 turn past finger tight. Make sure the final alignment adjustment is a tightening motion.
Let sit over night.
Mine never come loose again.
