Mild factory load?

I'm looking for a mild factory load for my G23 for the supervised youngsters to plink with out back. Any recommendations?

Hmm, I haven't bought enough factory ammo in the last decade to help you there, other than to say that even the mildest factory offering is a lot hotter than necessary to cycle a Glock 40. If you reload, it's real easy to knock abou 50% off of the recoil.

Winchester USA (WWB) 165gr FMJ. Pretty mild as far as the .40 goes and every walmart carries them.
