I would be extremly surprised if nj would let this lapse. More than likely it is still in effect under a diffrent code. Will have to do some more research. Really would be soemthing though if they let it go.

Still in effect. You can buy a FAL as long as the receiver isn't stamped FAL and is in post ban configuration. I own two.
