Since I am new to Glocks, How hard is it to change the sites to night sites(I'm looking at the front) for the G19?
Which night sites does everyone reccomend?

VERY Simple.
The front only requires a 3/16" Hex screwdriver
and the rear requires a "Sight Pusher" or a wooden dowel and hammer to tap it off.
INSTRUCTIONS WITH PICTURES (http://glockmeister.com/sighttool.shtml)
I bought a pusher, just because it was faster and easier to use on three Glocks. But now that they are all changed, I'll probably sell it. Glockmeister sells both tools for $95. Also, if you buy the tools, they will give you a package deal to buy Meprolight night sights for $57 more. (Which I did, since I used Meps on my others)
Tool Set Here (http://glockmeister.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/6/products_id/181?osCsid=1052f45bb22cf0e5e24b12c5f6db8e4d)
And i includes instructions with pictures and loctite.

I am looking to do the same thing and did some research. It seems like if you purchase your sites from Glockmeister they will send you both tools required to remove and install your new sites, can beat that!

They won't send you the Tools unless you pay for them. The front tool is sometimes included, but never the rear tool. The Tool Set and Mep Sights are $152 + Shipping

Follow the link below...
Click on the box that has "Add Sights".
When you pay for the "Package" you will get the sight tool "set" with the sights. (Front and rear sight tool)

My bad, the way they word it, it really sounds like they are included.
XS big dot sights come with all you need for self install. I did it myself in about 20 min.
They are of the "dot the I" veriety not the 3 dot kind.

I'm assuming you mean sights, not sites. Re: your question, it depends on the sights. No great deal of expertise or investment in expensive tools is necessary. Also, it's pretty easy to find locals that will help you out with your swap.
