Little Help.......ad banners.....?

I'm just curious about what internet settings do I need to see the advertisers banner on my PC. When i have my laptop plugged into the same modem, I can see the banners and the sig lines are complete. On my PC the sig line is cut off after 3 lines no matter how big or small the font size.

I reset the "web settings" under tools, too.

I "think" it might have to do with your screen resolution.
