Yum. Probably the ultimate bite sized food. All kinds of dumplings, but you have to try out the tripe and chicken feet to really know you've had dim sum.

Sushi is second on my list. Then Spanish tapas.

Its good stuff, but it can be easy to get carried away, especially with women. They want to try one of everything. Before you know it, you have more $2 item on your table than can be eaten. Its best to go in groups of four.

Know it. Love it. Want more of it!

It's been a couple of months since I last went. A Chinese acquaintance recommended a place here in town that I hadn't heard of before. However, when I went to check it out, it had just caught fire the night before. Now, I'm waiting for the re-opening.

Dim Sum is awesome. Usually, the bigger cities have a better selection of restaurants, like: D.C., NYC, L.A., San Diego, S.F.. Toronto and S.F. are my favs. Although, you can find great Dim Sum restaurants in smaller cities too.

Usually a good indicator of how good a particular Dim Sum place is, is to look at who's eating there. If you're not Chinese, and eating there would put you in a very distinct minoity of "not Chinese", then it's probably a good place to eat.
