I had some difficulties with the Laser for my G17. Jeff Wiseman was quick to act, and sent me a replacement set for free, as well as a postage paid label to return the bad set.
I installed the new set yesterday afternoon, and went to the range. After a few minor adjustments, I was AMAZED! I intend to buy another set for my G26.
Thanks, Crimson Trace, for an excellent product and the best customer service I've ever experienced.

The problem with the windage screw was my own doing, I think I got a set that was returned to the original dealer.
I'm thoroughly impressed with the Crimson Trace product, as well as their Customer Service.
If you haven't tried them out yet, Crimson Trace is the way to go. It doesn't replace the fundamentals of shooting a handgun, but is a more than welcome addition. I'll take all the help I can get when the SHTF.
