For some reason Michigan has a law that requires our pepper spray to be limited to 2% of the active ingredient (also making mixtures with mace and tear gas illegal etc.)

My question is what is a good Michigan approved pepper spray? I find myself more and more wishing I had a non-lethal alternative but I don't know a good spray to buy, most of my searching online has shown that MI approved pepper spray is something of a novelty, so any suggestions?

I'm thinking something tiny, to match my P3AT.

Thanks!

Yep, fox is just about the best you can get period, despite being 2%.

The most popular one is the 2 oz flip top. I have one in my pocket a lot of the time, especially when I can't carry.

I bought my Fox pepper spray here, decent prices, fast shipping, and fresh product.

There are a few places in SE michigan to buy it. I get my 2oz flip tops from metropolitan uniform in keego harbor for about $14.50. Excellent Police supply (in utica?) is supposed to have them too.

I stock Fox Labs at my shop in Marine City and I also display at Gibralter Mt Clemens which is coming up this weekend.
I have the keychain size and 2 oz flip top stream.
Always fresh. I move a lot of this stuff.

actually that place was directly across the street from my old job didnt even think about it, I went in there once and was not quite welcomed by the staff...it seems I looked just a little too young and long-haired for their tastes, maybe I look a bit older and more respectable now....
i'll stop in and check out prices and variety if anyone is interested i'll post here

stopped by the place in Shelby TWP and of course they were out of the one I was looking for...14.95 I think for the 2oz with fliptop, only 12.95 for non-fliptop however

Fox Labs is the best pepper spray that I have found. I've been on both sides of the nozzle and I can attest to the fact that it is pretty darn effective. I do have some additional info on pepper spray here:
