what is the difference between the G21 sights and the G22 sights? I had a set installed today and they were for a G21 but went on my G22. they are identical to the ones i just took off which were for a 22.

G22 sights are 6.5mm (+0) and G21 sights are 6.9mm (+1). Basically, any 9mm, .40S&W or .357SIG have that +0 sights. Any 10mm or .45ACP have +1 sights.

The rear sights are different heights because the two calibers have different points of impact at the same distance.
You may shoot a little high with the G21 sights installed on a G22, but truth be told, you probably won't notice the difference unless you shoot the gun from a gun rest at 25 yards.
