You must be in the wrong area. In the St Louis area we can not find enough Medics to keep all of the trucks on.

lol yep down here theres alot of transport which is what I work for because they work w/ my school needs and pay like $3.00 mor an hour more, but the fbi keeps shutting down the little companies

What area of the state are you in? There are plenty of jobs around Houston, even among the better-known 911 providers (ESD -1, Cy-Creek, etc).

Hell, I just got hired on at 2 different services in the past two weeks :)

dfw, the fbi/irs has really thined the oppertunities up here... most 911 is fd.

come to cleveland, for the last two years they have had 2-3 cadet classes for hiring, each about 20 people to start.

If you are intrested there are a few companies in Lubbock and they are always hiring. Are you a basic or intermediate or medic? Look up Lubbock Ambulance or if your a medic look up Lubbock EMS we are always needing Medics. Or just message me and I can get you the info.
