Ok, not the dog, but me

If anyone is ever in the area (I am from Calhoun County), and needs anything done, let me know

I can also be found in Carroll County, Georgia.

Are Glocks hard to work on?

Congrats! from another Calhoun county resident!

Joe, nah, they are really easy to work on. Now, not f'ing them all up when you work on them, THAT is where an armorer comes in!

Thanks!

Yeah, they are pretty simple.

I thought I knew all there was to know, but GLOCK taught me a couple of things I had never noticed, and some tips... it was a fun course.

Always wanted to take it.

yeah, Reyn, I remember Joe Sparks... a real dic*. when I was a captain in Albertville, Iused to come & help with firearms quals, at the FOP range and @ the Glencoe range in 1984 & 1985.

I was at the academy in 1978 as an officer for Albertville, Im with the State Fire Marshal's Office in Monroeville, SW Alabama now...wherre are you?

Billy Duckett is thew dirextor now, all @ Ft. McClellan. We worked together @ Albertville PD, and graduated about the same time @ JSU with our BS in Law Enforcement.

He's hell on wheels, a former Marine D I. Tough as a pine knot!

You'll find out that being a GLOCK armorer is closely related to a Maytag repairman. I have been one for 6 years and can count on one hand how many guns I've worked on. I still detail clean the GLOCKs at the dept. I was so into it, I ordered just about every part for all models and have a nice tackle box that doesn't get opened very often.

I guess that's not a bad thing. I hear some of the other gun makers armorers are quite busy

Congrats GSD17. I am hoping to go to an armorers course in the very near future. Did you get CEU's for it?

You know Sgt Curtis? I think he was from Morgan Co. He was my roommate in the academy.

I went through the 127th and Duckett was HELL then and that was on campus. I can guarantee its worse now!

Curtis was from Lawrence County, not Morgan Co....guess I had a brain fart.

I dont know Debuty. Decatur is a little far north for me.

I'm going to be staying in Carrolton next week. How much will you charge to change sights on a G35 and mabe fix the trigger pull on a G21? I already have the sights, but no trigger parts or springs.

I believe one of their instructors Mccullors went through my class. They say he's a hard ass but if it's the same one that went through with me he was a quiet.
