Is there a way, or a pay upgrade available for custom access, to make my forum view only see the forums i am interested in?

I find i am only really looking in lets say 8 forums here and the rest i just ignore, but they do busy up my screen and would love to just be able to see those 8 forums.

is that possible here?

There is a way using your User CP.

First, click on one of the forums that you are interested in. At the bottom of the page, you will see, under the new thread button, a link that says, "Subscribe to this Forum". Click on that link. Do that to all of the forums you are interested in. Now, go to your User CP and you will see all those forums. If there is a red light, that means that there are no new posts. If the light is green, there are new posts. Makes surfing GT a bit easier. ;)

I bookmarked my User CP. So, I can immediately view the forums that I visit on a regular basis.
