.22/45 real 45 grips?

How can i get .45 grips on my .22/45. I have seen pictures of a modified Ruger .22/45 with .45 grips and like the way it looks.

Does anyone know of a company that will instill or drill holes for a grip to be added on?

Also can weight be added to this grip? Since the grip is composite the gun feels a little barrel heavy.
